SmartValue Mortgage: Guaranteed payments for 5 years
When you use an SLFCU SmartValue mortgage, your interest rate will be guaranteed for five years and you can choose from total terms of 20 or 30 years. And, for even more affordable payments or an even bigger home, you can use a 40-year SmartValue mortgage with fixed rates for three years.
