Members will soon receive a letter that informs them of changes in their Accidental Death and Dismemberment insurance coverage.
Starting in March, CUNA Mutual Insurance Society will become the carrier and coverage will increase from $1,500 to $2,000 for eligible members. Members age 18 and over are eligible to enroll for $2,000 of coverage at no charge.
Additional amounts from $10,000 to $300,000 will be available for a monthly fee that can be automatically deducted from your SLFCU account. With enhanced coverage, you may also designate a beneficiary.
To receive your $2,000 AD&D benefit or a higher level of coverage you must complete and return the application in the brochure that will be mailed to you in March.
