Clean Your House for a Cause 

Bring us your gently used donations for Goodwill and help SLFCU raise $80,000 to keep critically ill children learning while at the UNM Children’s Hospital.

GoodDeeds is a donation drive on behalf of Goodwill that will also raise funds for NMCUCA. This event is open to members and non-members.

When: Saturday, September 28

Where: Juan Tabo branch, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Acceptable Donations (please sort before coming): 

Soft: Clothing, shoes, linens, anything that feel soft to the touch.

Hard: handbags, jewelry, housewares, small appliances (toasters, blenders, mixers), toys, sporting goods, tools, collectibles, antiques, holiday decor and costumes, household electronics, anything that feels hard to the touch. 

Unacceptable Items: 

Food, firearms, ammunition, explosives (including fireworks), chemicals, hazardous materials or biohazards, mattresses, large appliances (ovens, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers), tube and projection televisions, tires, car seats, cribs and any other large equipment.

SLFCU joined six other New Mexico credit unions to help fund the New Mexico Credit Unions Connected Academy (NMCUCA) and hire a full-time teacher for UNM Children’s Hospital. Learn more.
