eStatements & eNotices
Stop receiving paper statements and notices. Take advantage of these services available through CU@home®.
Signing up for eStatements and eNotices gives you great checking account benefits like unlimited no-surcharge ATM transactions at CU Anytime and CO-OP ATMs and free Move Money transfers to anyone by email or cell phone.
When you sign up for eStatements, we stop mailing your paper statement. That’s one less item with personal information sitting in your mailbox. Instead we will send an email notification each month to let you know that your statement is ready to view or print securely from CU@home. We never email the statement itself. To enroll, log in to CU@home, click Alerts and then select "eStatements and eNotices." In most cases eStatement enrollment is immediate. However, you may receive a paper statement if you enroll after a monthly statement has already been generated.
Activate your account for eNotices and we will stop mailing you paper notices for overdraft transfers, insufficient funds, share certificate renewals, CreditLine advances, and loan add-ons. Instead you'll receive notices by email; personal information is masked for your security. Log in to CU@home, click Alerts and then select "eStatements and eNotices."
Credit Card eStatements
Your Credit Card statement is separate from your SLFCU account statement. If you would also like to receive your Credit Card statement electronically, log in to CU@home, click Self Service, then select “Credit Card eStatements, Payments & Disputes.” You will be taken to a page where you can manage your SLFCU credit cards, including signing up for eStatements. You will continue to receive paper credit card statements as well as eStatement notices for one or two months following enrollment.
