To request a business account, please complete the secure form below. We'll contact you within two business days to arrange your initial deposit and obtain your physical signature for our records. For your protection, all new account applications are verified by Equifax.

Please visit any branch or call us to find out what documentation is required to open a business account. SLFCU verifies the registration of all businesses with the appropriate state agency.

Minimum Deposit and Other Requirements - A minimum deposit to savings of $1 establishes your Credit Union membership. For security reasons we must also obtain your physical signature and establish a password that will allow you secure remote access to SLFCU services. We will contact you within 2 business days after you submit this form.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PROCEDURES FOR OPENING A NEW ACCOUNT To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, physical address, date of birth and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents. A corporation, partnership, trust or other legal entity may need to provide other information, such as its principal place of business, local office, employer identification number, certified articles of incorporation, partnership or trust agreement.
