What to Expect at the Interview

Our interview and selection process is structured to help you find out if you are interested in working at the Credit Union, and to help us find out if you are a good fit.

Prepare to talk about yourself, telling us about your work history and experience and how it relates to our position. We want to get to know you as an individual and discover your skills and abilities.

You will have the opportunity to ask us about the Credit Union’s culture, the responsibilities of the position, or anything you’re curious to know about us. Do your research and prepare a list of questions, so you can assess whether SLFCU is the right place for you.

We will describe the selection process and let you know where you are in that process along the way.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Allow yourself adequate time to reach your destination for your interview. Being late for your interview is not a good way to start.

Dress appropriately for your interview. Business casual is suggested. Men are not required to wear suits or ties.

Allow yourself a minimum of 1 hour for the interview.
