Chat Online with an SLFCU Representative

Did you know SLFCU offers the ability to chat live with a representative in online banking, in our mobile app, and on our website? Members can use chat to ask questions and get assistance Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. MT, and on Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. MT. Wait times will vary based on demand.

If you have a general question, go to slfcu.org and select the “Chat with SLFCU” button on the lower left side of the screen. For your privacy and security, do not include sensitive or personal information, such as account numbers and online banking IDs, when chatting directly on the website. When the button is not displayed, it means all available representatives are assisting other members. Please wait a few minutes, reload the page, and click the button when it appears.

If you need account-related help, log in to online banking or the mobile app to initiate a secure chat. Once logged in, click the “Chat with SLFCU” button on the bottom right-hand side of the screen.
