When you set up automated account withdrawals, you authorize SLFCU to debit your savings or checking account for the amount you specify, and to send that money electronically to your payee according to your schedule. You can set recurring or one-time payments. You can also set up automatic withdrawals directly with your payees. This may be helpful if a bill's amount and/or due date varies each month, and you know you will have adequate funds to cover the amount. Get started by logging in to online or mobile banking and navigating to Pay Bills.
IMPORTANT DIRECT DEPOSIT INFORMATION FOR PREVIOUS ANIMAS CREDIT UNION MEMBERS
If you are using the old Animas Credit Union routing number for your SLFCU direct deposits, you will need to re-establish your direct deposit(s) with the SLFCU routing number, 307083911, to take advantage of instant direct deposit.
IMPORTANT: When updating your direct deposit information, some automatic distributions that use the old Animas routing number may fail in our system, even if they have been working until now. If you have set up automatic payments or distributions (such as for an IRA) using the old Animas routing number, please update the sender with SLFCU's routing number as soon as possible. Here’s how to find this number in online or mobile banking:
- Log in and select the Accounts tab.
- Click on the account for which you'd like to set up direct deposit.
- Select the Account Details tab and look for the 10-digit "Auto WD & Direct Deposit #".

- Your deposit type isn’t eligible (like a transfer between bank accounts or a deposit that’s not from a qualifying employer, business, or government program).
- Your payment provider doesn’t submit your deposit early. SLFCU posts deposits as they are received. If your direct deposit is not posted in your account, your payment provider has not sent the funds yet.

*Instant Direct Deposit means that Automated Clearing House (ACH) deposits will be available when SLFCU receives the ACH submission from the sender. Availability may be affected by holidays or weekends, and is not guaranteed. Instant Direct Deposit is automatic and there is no fee.
