Mastercard Zero Liability Policy
Report a lost or stolen card: During SLFCU business hours call 800.947.5328. After hours call 888.241.2510 if you have a lost/stolen personal debit card. If you have a lost/stolen business debit card, please call 800.472.3272.
Should you find a lower price for a new item within 60 days from the date of purchase using your eligible Mastercard, you may be reimbursed for the price difference.
Doubles the original manufacturer’s or store brand warranty for up to one year when you pay with your eligible Mastercard.
If you become dissatisfied with a product you purchase using your eligible Mastercard within 60 days of purchase and the store will not accept a return, you may be eligible for a refund for the cost of the product up to $250.
MASTERCARD® IDENTITY THEFT ALERTS
Mastercard’s Identity Theft Alert program monitors your online identity and sends you an alert if it detects that your personal information has been exposed to potential fraud or theft. There is no charge to use this service. Members with an SLFCU Mastercard Classic Credit Card or SLFCU Debit Card may register for the service at www.mastercard.us/idtheftalerts. The service will monitor the information you choose to provide, including:
- Credit and debit cards
- Social Security Number
- Driver’s license number
- Passport number
- Financial account information
- Email addresses
- Medical information
If Mastercard identifies a security issue, you’ll receive an email alert that includes details about following up with an Identity Theft Specialist.
