Calling All Teens! Earn $100 for Published Articles
SLFCU members ages 13-17 are invited to submit articles on a financial topic of their choice to be considered for publication on our website. If an article is published, SLFCU will award the writer $100!
To submit an article:
- The applicant must be an SLFCU member aged 13-17 and have a parent or guardian’s contact information.
- Submissions should be a maximum of 350 words (not including the title) and can relate to any financial topic.
- The article must be the teen’s original, unpublished work.
When a teen’s article has been selected for publication, SLFCU will respond within 30 days to discuss edits or clarifications that may be needed. Get more information on publishing your article here.
