Email Delivery Issue For Credit Card Customers
SLFCU has been advised that credit card holders were erroneously mailed a letter stating that their email address is invalid. The letters were mailed in response to an issue where statement notifications may have been rejected by the email provider. This has not affected the delivery of eStatements.
